Dr Mo Haghighi is IBM’s head of Developer Ecosystems in Europe, former Research Scientist at Intel and former Java and Open Source developer at Sun Microsystems. Mo leads several teams of developer advocates in UKI, Benelux, DACH, France, SPGI, Italy and CEE, as well as overseeing all advocacy and DevRel activities across Europe.
Mo’s expertise primarily lies in the areas of distributed and edge computing, cloud native, machine learning and embedded systems, with several publications and patents in those areas. Mo is also a regular speaker at major developer conferences including Code/Java One, The Next Web, DevNexus, IEEE/ACM, DevRelCon, Codemotion, Pycon, O’Reilly, AiWorld, CloudConf and ODSC
