I’m passionate about Agile and I apply it daily in my personal life. I work as Agile Coach, Trainer and Facilitator at InspirationOwl Belgium and I have more than 7 years of experience in practicing and helping organizations to be more Agile, to form powerful teams and to deliver great products/services.
Working as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master in different departments (IT, business, HR, Payroll) and environments (banking, insurance, retail, software house, pharmaceutical, printing solutions, brewery) helps me to learn about the end-to-end flow, differences and similarities throughout different contexts and situations.
In my free time, I organize Agile conferences such as Agile Tour Brussels, Agile Consortium Belgium (previously), meetups and training.
